Cheryl Guinan, a CPA since 1996, decided to leave a large established CPA firm in Boston and formed Guinan & Associates. Cheryl felt confident that she could better serve clients with her expertise in public accounting in a smaller environment.  She has been a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the MSCPA (Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants) since inception. 

K.J. Guinan joined the firm as a partner in 2003. K.J. brings a combination of 13 years of working experience in both corporate finance and financial reporting management. He has worked in both the banking and marketing/advertising industries. His attention to detail and financial reporting skills has created a reputation for providing quality service that reflects the high standard he demands of himself.
